2013 Cordova Fishing Trip Rules

 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT ENHANCE CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries timely received by Sponsor. Contest begins at 12:01am (MT) on January 1st 2013 and ends at 11:59pm (MT) on March 31st 2013 (the “Contest Period”).

ELIGIBILITY. Open and offered only to persons who are legal residents of, and reside in, the continental United States and Alaska (excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island) are 21 years or older when Contest begins. Employees and directors of Sportsman's Warehouse, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Alaska Outdoors TV , Alaska Airlines, Frogg Toggs, SteriPen, Browning, Lone Wolf Knives, Looprope, Magellan and Plano Molding Company ("Plano, the “Promotional Participants”) and their parent entities, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising, promotion, or production agencies, Web masters and Web suppliers (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Promotional Participant and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER: Enter the prize drawing in one of two ways during the Contest Period: (1) by visiting Sportsman’s Warehouse’s website (www.sportsmanswarehouse.com) and completing and submitting the official Web page entry form, or (2) by visiting a Sportsman's Warehouse store location and completing and submitting an official in-store entry form, or. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. MT on March 31st, 2013 Sponsor’s computer will be the official time clock for the Contest. Any attempt at e-mail or other Internet entry is void.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Sponsor, Promotional Participants, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, participating retailers and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") are not responsible for illegible, damaged, lost, late, delayed, deleted, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; or for the incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, theft or destruction, or unauthorized use of the applicable Web site, or by equipment or programming used in this Contest, printing, human processing or other error or omission; or for any error, interruption or unavailable network, server, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Web site, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed computer, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure; or for jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or for any other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic or network.

Entries are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained in accordance with these rules and through authorized, legitimate channels, or if they are from other games or contests, if they are copied, computer generated, or mechanically reproduced, or if any part of an entry is counterfeited, illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if they contain or reflect printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Should any portion of the Contest be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Contest, and select winners from eligible entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.

DRAWING: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about 12:00 p.m. MT on March 31st 2013 from all eligible entries timely received by Sponsor. Participants need not be present at the drawing to win. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest. Winner to be notified via e-mail or telephone on or about April 2, 2013

PRIZES/ODDS: One (1) Grand Prize which includes the following: 6 Day Alaskan Fishing adventure for the winner and a guest. 5 nights lodging provided by ORCA Adventure Lodge in Cordova, Alaska, daily meals are included. Airfare provided by Alaska Air Lines and another airlines to be selected if the winner’s location is not serviced by Alaskan Air. Transportation from the Cordova Alaska airport to ORCA Adventure Lodge is included. Also Fishing guide Fees are included. NOT INLCUDED: Licenses and Gratuity Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Fishing Grand Prize is $4,400.00 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries timely received by Sponsor.

The fishing adventure will take place between June 1, 2013 through September 15th 2013 Winner is responsible for booking the trip with lodge and should book between June 1 through September 15th 2013. Winner must notify Sportsman’s Warehouse 30 days prior to leaving so that airfare can be arranged and booked
Winner must be eligible to obtain any required FISHING licenses or permits. Travel and accommodations are subject to change and availability, and restrictions may apply. Fishing trip may be videotaped as a potential episode on an outdoor TV series or web promotional video. The trip must occur between June 1, 2013 and September 15th 2013 If winner cannot take the trip as stated, or fails to book the trip with Sponsor on or before May 1st 2013 and notify Sportsman’s Warehouse 30 days prior to trip commencement or if the winner is not eligible to obtain any required licenses or permits, the Grand Prize in its entirety will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random from all remaining eligible entries timely received; provided Sponsor may extend such booking date in its sole and absolute discretion if verification of a winner makes such booking date impractical. Travel and accommodations are subject to change and availability, and restrictions may apply

Sponsor will pay reasonable shipping costs to ship prizes to winner unless prizes are to be provided to winner at the lodge, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner must comply with any and all federal, state and local laws and regulations, and complete all required paperwork, along with all liability waivers,, prior to prize fulfillment. PARTICIPANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE GRAND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED BY THE RELEASED PARTIES “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, GIVEN BY THE RELEASED PARTIES.

All expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Expenses which are known and not included are gratuities, any overnight lodging in route to or from either trip, taxidermy, processing, luggage, excess baggage fees on airlines (including without limitation any excess baggage required on return flights to transport prizes received), rental vehicle, transportation to and from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (including any overnight lodging in route thereto), fees, and all applicable federal and state taxes. Winner must sign eligibility and liability release documents, including a completed W-9, prior to the disbursement of the prize. Sponsor will provide the winner with the corresponding IRS Form 1099 by the required IRS deadlines.

Any other prize details will be at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and/or Promotional Participants. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer the prize, or redeem the prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any aspect of the prize with an item of equal or greater value for any reason, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Participants agree (a) to abide by these rules and all decisions of Sponsor and the Promotional Participants which shall be final in all respects relating to this Contest; (b) that Released Parties and Facebook will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participant against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in this Contest or any Contest related activity; or for any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize via entry forms, posters or any other media; (c) except where legally prohibited, to grant (and agree to confirm that grant in writing) permission for the Released Parties and those acting under their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet, without notice, review or approval; (d) that the Released Parties may collect the personal information submitted by participants, and use the information for sales and marketing purposes; (e) that if winner does not respond to Sponsor’s notification given as set forth in the paragraph titled “Drawing” above within three (3) days after such notification, or if Sponsor is unable to provide notice to winner as set forth in the paragraph titled “Drawing” for any reason, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random from all remaining eligible entries timely received, (f) that winner will be required to complete, sign, and returna Prize Election, Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release within5 days of receipt and that if documents are not returned by winner on a timely basis, or if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable on account of inaccurate or incomplete entry information or otherwise, or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random from all remaining eligible entries timely received; (g) if no alternate winner can be selected for a given prize, for any reason in the Sponsor's sole discretion, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and will not be awarded to any Contest participant; (h) Sponsor may disqualify anyone from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in their sole discretion, they determine that such person is attempting to undermine, tamper with, or abuse any aspect of the Contest, by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Sponsor's representatives and Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such participant's eligibility; and (i) to opt in to the e-mail database for both Sponsor and Promotional Participants.

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
